| About Us We are a young husband and wife team dedicated to bringing you the latest weird & wonderful products at the best prices. We both like unusual Jewellery, Watches, Clothes, Boots, Shoes, Eyewear and Bags but we had great difficulty in obtaining them. Most of the stores in our area carried the same old boring stock so we decided to do something about it. After going on many visits to trade shows and exhibitions gathering contacts we opened our first store in the UK, it was an instant success with people visiting us from far and wide. We are not wealthy and we cannot afford to open up any more stores without putting our prices up, something that we are against as we want to keep things affordable to everyone. The only option was to open an online store to give people the chance to buy unusual products from one easy source. | Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier, browse our online store, click the 'add to basket' button on any items that you wish to purchase, this put's the item into the shopping basket, you then either 'Confirm and Continue', to carry on shopping, 'Checkout Now', to proceed to the Checkout or 'Cancel' to go back to the catalog without adding anything to the basket. Anytime while you are shopping you may click on the 'basket' button to see what you have in the basket or proceed to the checkout at any time by clicking on the 'checkout' button. | Shipping And Handling All of our products are delivered by the Royal Mail at a small cost of £3.95 regardless of the quantity ordered. | Delivery Schedule Our normal delivery is within 30 WORKING days but due to the fact that many of our unusual products are made to order or come from abroad, delivery may take up to 45 WORKING days. We will email you when your order is shipped so that you are aware that the goods are on their way. We will be doing everything in our power to get the product to you as quickly as possible as we know how annoying it is having to wait for something that you really want. |
| Back Orders If your goods are not in stock and we can't get them within our delivery schedule (we consider the goods could take longer than the 30 days), then we will refund the cost of the item or item's due to credit card legislation. |

| Guarantee All of our products come with a standard one year guarantee, allowing for fair wear and tear. All contact lenses are thoroughly checked twice before dispatch, so no refunds or exchanges can be given for open packs of torn or split lenses as this is always the effect of incorrect use by the user. A return instructions card for Contact Lenses can be found within the lens packaging, lenses cannot be returned to us, they must go back to the manufacturer. This does not effect your normal statutory rights. |
